Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Gorgeous Glimmer, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible.

Returns Policy

• You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• We do not accept returns on:
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Used or opened beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at lisa@gorgeousglimmer.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on where to send your item.
3. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 working days.
4. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

1. If you would like to exchange an item for a different colour, size, or style, please contact us first to confirm availability.
2. Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
